What are these products for?

Every peptide vial we ship is labeled and sold For Research Use Only (RUO), intended for in-vitro laboratory research. Our cosmetic line is intended for cosmetic topical use only. We do not sell or market anything on this site for human or animal consumption.
Where do your compounds come from?

Peptide compounds are manufactured at audited cGMP facilities and sourced directly, without marketplace middlemen or re-labelers. Every batch goes through independent third-party assay and endotoxin testing before it's released. COAs are published by lot number on our COA Library page.
How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day via insulated cold-chain mailer. Domestic orders ship overnight or two-day by default. We do not ship internationally.
What if my package arrives damaged?

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and any affected product. We'll replace damaged stacks at no cost or issue a refund, your call. See our Shipping and Returns policy for details.
Can you help me with a protocol?

No. We don't provide dosing guidance, protocols, or any use instructions. Anything on this site is specification information about the product, not guidance on how to use it. Consult a qualified professional for anything beyond the bench.
Do you offer an affiliate program?
