Returns & Replacements
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives with damaged packaging or compromised product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the affected items at no cost or issue a full refund.
No Returns on Opened Research Product
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on opened vials or serums. We can only accept returns on unopened, unbroken outer packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return or approving the replacement claim.
